Quite possibly the best condiment on the face of the earth, creamy Ranch is a perfect add-on to pretty much any dish. Just ask a mozzarella stick.
Ingredients
- ½ cup half and half
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp dried dill
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
- ½ tsp lemon juice
Instructions
Whisk all ingredients together until fully smooth. Will keep in the refrigerator for one to two weeks. Serve with essentially anything, or drink directly from the bowl/jar with abandon.
Notes
Lots of people use buttermilk in their Ranch recipes, but I've always preferred the controllable combination of half and half + sour cream (or non-fat greek yogurt!).
