Ras El Hanout
Ras el hanout is a complex blend of spices prominent in Moroccan cuisine. It can be used on meats, veggies, nuts, starches, you name it.
Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cardamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp allspice
- 1/8 tsp coriander
- 1/8 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- Pinch cayenne
- Pinch clove
Instructions
Mix, and feel free to add or subtract a pinch here or there according to your taste.
