Ras El Hanout

Ras el hanout is a complex blend of spices prominent in Moroccan cuisine. It can be used on meats, veggies, nuts, starches, you name it.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cardamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp allspice
  • 1/8 tsp coriander
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • Pinch cayenne
  • Pinch clove

Instructions

Mix, and feel free to add or subtract a pinch here or there according to your taste.
