Ingredients
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 2 clove Garlic
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- 1/2 cup grated Cucumber
- 1/4 tsp Salt, plus more to taste
- 1/2 tbsp Fresh Dill, minced or 1/2 tsp dry
Instructions
Once your cucumber has been grated, squeeze excess moisture from the bits using paper towels (or a cheese cloth if you're fancy). Add the cuc and the remaining ingredients to a mini processor and pulse until fully mixed. Add salt to taste, and serve with your fave Greek foodstuffs. Opa!
