French Vinaigrette

Yield: 1/3 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 Small Shallot
  • 1 Small Clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

Mince your shallot and garlic together. In a mini-blender or with a whisk, combine with mustard, vinegar, honey. Then pour in olive oil and mix until the oil has emulsified (the dijon mustard should help the vinaigrette thicken and become creamy). Finish with a pinch of salt to taste.
